Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in: from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Advance communication of the arrival time to the property is required.
Check-out: from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Guests and Minors

You must be 18 years of age to check in.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children aged 6 years and over will be considered adults.

Animals

Only small dogs (maximum 8 kg) are allowed, on request.
A daily supplement of €15 applies.

Rules of Conduct

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
Parties or events are not permitted.
Guests are required to respect peace and quiet between 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Payment Methods

Unified Rate
The total amount of the stay will be charged 30 days before the arrival date, using
the card provided at the time of booking.

High Season Rate
The total amount will be charged within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Please note: The property accepts credit card payments. However, it is advisable to travel with cash, as there is only one ATM on the island, which is not always operational.

Cancellation Policies

Unified Rate
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival.
For cancellations communicated less than 30 days in advance, no refund is provided.

High Season Rate
No refund is provided for cancellations or no-shows.
